 For my who bunnit I did the story type of it and it was lots of fun and I spent 4 weeks on it.

Grammar Cop

This week was my first time boing Grammar Cop and I really liked it.

Letter of the week

This week for the letter of the week 
the letter was C, and it was lots of fun and it took a really long time to do the letter of this week.

Athletics

 The most challenging thing I did was doing the 800-meter run. I liked the 100-meter sprint because I got a really good start. I felt nervous before the races because there were a lot of people in the same race as me. The easiest event was the sixty-meter sprint because I'm really good at short distance. I showed respect courage and action.

Whetu challenge

 today for whetu challenge I did the wanted poster and it was lots of fun it took me about one hour to do good copy. And 15 minutes to do the draft,

fingerprinting

today I did fingerprinting and it was lots of fun it was crinkled up so I didn't show that.

 Today I did fingerprinting we had to use ink to make the fingerprints show and it was fun but I had to do to because I stuffed up.

Maths mystery

 

This week for the maths mystery I did it with Christian and we got the angel it was quite easy and fun we did it for about 10 minutes. and then we did some chapter chat.  

 this week for chapter chat I did the antique jeep it was fun and hard at the same time.

Lachie's Chapter Chat

 This week for chapter chat I did the poster it was fun and hard at the same time. I finished it in three days I drew for 2 and colored for 1. 

cooking reflection

 This week I joined the cooking workshop. 

On the first day we chose the vegetables we were going to bring. 

The second day we chopped up all the vegetables to go in the soup.

The part I liked the most was when we got to actually eat soup because it was really tasty.

Lachie's Inquiry

This time for inquiry we learned about zoos it was fun and hard at the same time. My opinion was zoos are good places for animals that are endangered.  

 This week for my workshop I did chapter challenge and I did the EVEL NACHOS it was a lot of fun because on mine they look so angry and funny at the same time.  And the king nacho is in the bowl of mints and hot sauce.

 

 Yesterday we did cross country and I ran in the 9-year-olds. I came 9th and I made it into Haruki planes. it was really hard and no time was easy we where training and I'm really good at it. But on the real day, I wasn't that good.     

Whetu challenge

 Today I did Whetu challenge and it was hard but we got it done just in time, I worked with Leo, Scarlett, Shawn E, and Lola H. We did the Incredibles and I did Jack jack.

Literacy Rapu

Yesterday I did literacy rapu and it was fun at the same time and we content work together so it was even harder.

Egg Drop Challenge

Today I did the Egg Drop Challenge and it was a lot of fun I did it with Eli and Joseph. We made it out of a bag a sock and some newspapers. And the ballon started flying away.

  

1. 1 What is KFC making the meat from nothing because they were going to print them out so why would they need to make it? 
2. 2 In which country is KFC 3D printing chicken Australia and New Zealand because they don't want to kill the chickens.
3. 3 How much less land does 3D printing meat use, according to KFC quite a lot because there will be more chickens.
4. 4 What are the cattle eating to try to reduce the amount of methane they emit a lot of grass leaves and some bushes.
5. 5 Why would cutting the number of gas cattle have helped the environment the gas would help the environment because it will produce air

My Term 2 Reflection

The new learning activity that I have enjoyed the most this term is art because it’s fun drawing and doing it with all my friends.





Something that has challenged me this term has been choosing my option because there are a lot of cool things I could have chosen from. I usually choose games that involve running around.





The Whetu Challenge I enjoyed the most was the egg carton challenge because it was challenging gluing all the things in the right spot. I liked doing it with friends.





The opt-in workshop I enjoyed the most was Anagrams, I gotta do it with Nathan and we got 10 out of 10. You had clues and had to work out what the word could be, and use the letters to make a new word.





An aim I have for my learning is to get to Rock hero in TT rockstars because I am a Rock legend

egg carton challenge

This week for our Whetu Challenge we created something using egg cartons.

I used egg carton, paint, and feathers.

It was fun because we gotta make whatever we wanted.  

Was it hard or not it was hard because we had to cut the cardboard and we had to glue stuff on.

I did the number of the day and the number was 22

   

This is my blog challenge for this week. 

Me and my family went to Waitomo caves or the glowworm caves. And it was lots of fun there were about 1 million glow worms.

Today our challenge was to design an accurate paper plane.

Before we started I thought this challenge was going to be kind of hard but it turned out really fun.

I decided to use the design I did my own design.

The hardest part was folding the paper right and making it go straight.

During our competition time, I managed to score 12.

This is my word of the week for this week

This week for my blog challenge I did the birthday card and it was really hard for me but easy for others. And I was going to trace a cake from the internet but I didn't. 

Today I worked with Eli Desmond.

At first, we had trouble with making it stable and

making the ball staying on the tower.

The easiest thing was rolling up the newspaper and

poting the straws on the tower.

The best part of our tower was that it looked like it was

strong but it wasn't.

Our tower looked like it was tall but I saw the other

ones and my one wasn't

In the end wasn't good because it couldn't hold the ball

 

sick sentences

Yesterday I did the maths challenge and the culprit was Captain Steve and I worked with Desmond.

   

The things that I used to make my catapult were: sticks, rubber bands, and a spoon.

To make my catapult I worked with Joseph and Christian.

The most challenging part was tieing the rubber band to the sticks and a spoon.

Our best results were in the high distance because it went high.

Overall I think that it was pretty good.

today I made an emoji for a Blog challenge and I made it have a virus on its hands.

What has been my highlight this week dressing up and coming back to school.

What was I nervous about this week forgetting something for school.

For dress-up day I dressed up as a duck shooter but I did not bring a gun.

The funniest thing has happened this week is when Josef slipt on the dirt.

I think the best-dressed person was Patrick the fisherman because he actually bought a fishing rod.

For the milk bottle art and I did a T-REX it was really hard to do the teeth and the nose. And I liked it.

This week for chapter challenge I did the x-ray of Fudge. And it was challenging to colour in the bones with chalk. Can you see the turtle?

  
This week for chapter challenge I did the giant turtle on Minecraft. It was really challenging to do the shell and the head.   

     

 I made a milk bottle candle holder to commemorate ANZAC day. We are going to light the candle and stand at the end of our driveway to remember the people who fought for their country in WWI.

  The crosses show that people have died.   

The poppies are a mark of respect for New Zealanders who died in world war one

The green man is the ANZAC soldier, the red man is an opposing soldier.

For my chapter challenge this week I drew a picture of Dribble. I chose to draw Dribble because it sounded like the hardest. I really liked how it turned out.

What have been some challenges?

E.g A challenge about being in my bubble is staying away from my friends.

What new skills have you learned?

E.g. I have learned how to use the washing machine and the oven.

What do you miss the most?

E.g. I miss my friends the most because I can't see them.

This is my chapter challenge for the week I did the zip line and I thought because I started off with rope, but it was not long enough so we swapped to Lego.

North, East, west and south.
But don’t look at it to long or else your eyes will hurt.
Because its 1000 times hotter than the earth we live on. 

Facts                  

                           The sun can fit 10001 earth inside it.                                       

The sun is also a star. 

 All the planets orbit around the sun. The sun spits out balls of fire.         

Joseph and I made a mechanical horse it was super hard to glue the tinfoil onto the paper and it was hard to draw it.
